I'm still ambivalent about Foursquare. No question it's one of the must have apps for the now. Except of course if you're a fugitive from justice, in the witness protection program, an assassin on a mission, a celebrity traveling incognito and quite possibly Osama Bin Laden. 

Also wondering if they plan to develop a provision for death. It is, after all, the ultimate check out, e.g. "John Smith just checked-out @ 43rd Street (hit by a bus)".
