Submay: Georg-Brauchle-Ring

Next stop. Georg-Brauchle-Ring Station, Munich. 

Another stop on the Munich U-Bahn. Georg-Brauchle-Ring was opened in 2003 and is part of the U1 line.  

It is dominated by two colored walls, created by artist Franz Ackermann. He called it "The Great Journey", which is a lot more uplifting than the original title, "I hope your train crashes and you go to hell". Okay I just made that last part up.
