Submay: Peachtree Center

This stop. Peachtree Center Station, Atlanta.

It was opened 1982 and is part of the Red and Gold lines on MARTA, Atlanta's primary rapid transit system. Peachtree Center is the deepest station in the rail system and is one of only a few stations in the world where the ceiling and walls have been carved from solid rock.

One other interesting tidbit. It featured in the 1985 film, "The Heavenly Kid".
