Submay: Nackrosen

This stop. Nackrosen Station, Stockholm.

Nackrosen was opened in 1975 and is part of the stunning Blue Line on the Stockholms Tunnelbana. One of its entrances serves Gamla Filmstaden, a film production area where many early Swedish films were made, including some with Greta Gustafsson later to be known as Greta Gabo.

Nackroesen means "The water lilly", and they play an integral part in the station's artwork. No truth to the rumor that the Batcave will be decorated in similar fashion for the next installment of "Batman".
