Submay: Hollywood/Highland

This stop. Hollywood/Highland Station, Los Angeles.

We finally arrive out west, and rather surprising it is on the subway line of the Los Angeles County Metro Rail. It was opened in 2000 and is part of the Red Line, one of two subway lines that make up the mass transit rail system of Los Angeles County.

Hollywood/Highland, as its name suggests, is located in Hollywood. It is actually beneath the Kodak Theater, where the Academy Awards are held each year. Don't expect to see any celebrities using it though.
