This stop. Imam Khomeini Metro Station, Tehran.

It was built in 2000, about a year after the Tehran Metro officially opened. Like a lot of subway systems built under totalitarian regimes the Tehran Metro features grand stations built with luxurious materials. Imam Khomeini is one of the more colorful examples.
