Submay: Narvskaya

This stop. Narvskaya Station, Saint Petersburg.

Narvskaya was opened in 1955, and along with Avtovo Station is one of the seven original stations when the Saint Petersburg Metro began. Originally it was to be called Stalinskaya, but following Stalin's death in 1953 the name was changed before it's official opening.

White marble, bronze, granite and unsurprisingly the color red are major features that make Narvskaya one of the more distinctive stations in Saint Petersburg.
